Hey everyone,
We actually had a little snowfall here in Toronto Canada today and I can't help but think about Wakeboarding and wakeskating. I have come to the conclusion that I want a skateboard to help me learn how to ride switch better in the spring, as well to learn better technique on ollieing and balance. My question to all you pros is, if I am just going to be fooling around with it for practice would this board be ok from Canadian tire?
http://www.canadiantire.ca/browse/product_detail.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=1408474396672281&bmUID=1168900795682&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442208423&assortment=primary&fromSearch=true
I know you get what you pay for so I guess, would be be ok to play around on trying switch, some ollies or should I just spend $150 and get a decent board with all hardware? Are the trucks crap
and the rest of the board? I do take care of my stuff so if I got a good board it would last a long time.
I have tried to search and can't find anything on this board other than all warmart and the like are crap. Would this be included in that category? Canadian tire has a $69 board but at that point, I would pay the difference and get a good one from Boardsports or someplace online.
Thanks
