I kinda have this problem, when I try a 360 I always like forget to do the handle pass. Once im in the air I just spin myself and throw it. I can get the full rotation, and do the handle pass on a tramp, anyone have any advice? _________________ From ice-out to ice-in, ride untill you fall out of your bindings.

| dont edge in too hard and just try to pop straight up then only focus on the handle pass. don't worry about the rotation at all. if you get the handle pass it will come around. |

Get an old rope/handle tie a 15 or 20 lb weight about 3 feet from the handle and practice swinging it around your body over and over again. It really helps your muscle memory. Do this for about 15 minutes before you head to the lake and it will make learning handle passes much, much easier - gauranteed.
When swinging it around your body, keep your feet planted on the ground at the same distance as your bindings. You can also try and rotate your shoulder forward and snap (twist) at the hip as you pass the handle behind your back to simulate the motion that you use to initiate the spin. I swear this works. Try it. |

| And if you do want to practice on a trampoline make sure u tie a rope to a tree or somthing solid. If you try to practice without a handle or a rope its worthless. |

[handle]------<I>---------O (15 or 20lb weight)
just tie the weight to the handle and swing it around your body with your feet planted |

| I met a guy recently that invented this SICK thing...its the same concept as an indo board but instead of balance its spins, you attach a handle to a nearby wall or something and it works great... |

| I use a milk jug filled with sant and a old rope and handle and swing it around like Buergday said...Once you get good at that, try spinning in the opposite direction that u are passing the handle...You get so fast and handle become easier and less worriesome |

| the best way to approach a 360 is not to just throw yourself into it but start your rotation with the handle and pull hard on it to the small of your back. That way you can not forget the handle. |

get a tramp with sides. you can attach the handle to the pole holding the net up. plus your safe and wont ruin your season when you think your cool and try to pull your whirly to a five.
