I really like that idea. I would like to know more. Do you have instructions on building it? And do you have wake pictures with it down and up compared to down and up with the original plate?

I would change the pipe to a "water foil" for less drag, but seems like and excellant idea.
As long as it is kept small the stress would be small but I'm sure you could see a difference in the wake...
Looks like you've installed some additional bolts at the plate edge...either way I'm surprised it hasn't ripped the ting off.
keep us informed...my boat has a "wake plate"...so I may look into it...

Before you sale it to tige' you better take the pics off here. The web is public domain (and take this as a compliment) and you might have a good idea there. If anyone that has the bling to invest sees it on here they could take your idea, LEGALLY.
