| ive always had bad knee problems from too many years as a catcher for countless baseball teams, but i recently took a bad fall in which my leg got crushed sideways and i heard my knee cracking and popping and could actually feel it bending. the pain was intense and i couldnt really put much weight on it. somedays i can barely walk on it and somedays it feels absolutely fine (wierd) i have a cheap ass ace bandage style support brace "with side supports" feels like a thin strip of alluminum to me, that i wear often for work, walking, or everyday bull. but im afraid of blowing my knee out completely and im visiting a doctor on monday but i have a feeling hes gonna say not to ride for quite a while and im not sure thats going to be an option. im sure hell have some input to this inquire but i was wondering if any of yall ride with braces and what to recomend, btw i havent riden since the accident almost 2 weeks ago, feels like months |

| thats a bummer...not wakeboarding for a few weeks is worth the wait instead of having a worse knee for the rest of your life. it'll be hard, but well worth it |

I had my ACL repaired 2 yrs ago from snow skiing. This year I re-injured it wake boarding after landing a jump. I bought this brace http://jointhealing.com/pages/productpages/extreme.html
It has worked great for me. It is a little pricy but it is worth it. |
