Problems with The Projects camp

About 2 weeks ago now i decided i was going to take a week of school and drop some cash on a week at the projects down in florida. I got in contact with them through email, filled out their questionnaire etc...5 days ago i emailed them my credit card information to pay a 200 dollar deposit on my week. Since i sent them that email, i have been unable to contact htem. I can't get them to respond to my emails and I have left them two phone messages. I just called and now their voice mail box has become completely full. Does anybody know whats going on down there or can anyone help me get into contact with these people. I have booked my airfare already and really need some help on this. Thanks

Ask mom or dad to review their on-line statement to see if the deposit was charged to the card.

Why did you book a flight without confirmation from the school that you have a space reserved?

They confirmed that a space was reserved and i had made my payment when i made the payment. I was in constant with them at the time and now i have no idea what happened. I figured they were a well established organization and whatnot after having read so much about them over the years. What I am really hoping for is to just somehow get through to them to make sure everything is all set.

Give them a couple days. They are usually extremely busy and will get back to you. I'm sure they are overly worked right now with Surf Expo in town and the Ammasualt in two weeks.

When are you planning on going? Also what are you needed help? From what you said it looks like all the planning is done except sending them the Flight info so they know when to pick you up.

Hell no - keep calling until you get a hold of somebody and confirm. They may, in fact, be busy, but you are a customer and they'll be there at some point to either answer a phone or get back to you. I'd call every day at least twice until I got a hold of someone. How much would that suck for you to stand on the curb at the airport for hours with no one coming to get you?

They do have this little problem of not returning calls in a timely fashion when busy. Not very good for customer relations in my mind.
But that's why I never recommend the place. You can't just sit on your laurels and think that business will continue to be prosperous without good communicaton

See thats what worries me. When I first began talking to them they always answered their phone and my emails were returned always within hours, and then all of a sudden i sent them my credit info and all of a sudden i cant reach them in any way, its really annoying

Regardless if they're busy, they do have internet and can easily email back a response.

Yea, someone who has gone there in the past saw this post and called up Pat. He ended up leaving a message on my cell phone this morning and they sent me an email that got everything cleared up. So everything is all good now, plus i got a message on my phone from pat which is pretty sweet i guess. thanks for the help

Well although being left hanging sucked, the place looks sick as hell and Im pretty pumped to go down there and I understand theyre busy. Everythings all worked out now
