Last weekend my friends and I went out to the lake to test out my boat. It had been overheating so we changed the lower unit because we thought the water pump was screwed up. Anyways we were crusing and it started to overheat. We decided to take the thermostat out and try to clean it thinking it was pluged. I looked around the lake and i saw a smaller pontoon with 9 rather large people on it. The pontoon kind of looked like the titanic. the bow was up in the air and there 40 horse outboard was under water. They all rushed to the bow and it started to sink bow first. I would have gone over to help them but i had my engen torn apart and another pontoon was already on the dudy. The rescuers told them to spred there weight around the boat evenly wile they had a few people swich to there boat. I guess they lost some of there fishing gear but they were really LUCKY they didnt flip. It was the crazyst thing i saw that day.

if made your day to see another boat in the process of sinking and watching people, who you've probably never met, lose all their stuff? wow, you sound cool. i make redneck jokes myself, but i don't wish ill will on them.

Wow, that's horrible, living out on the north carolina coast (going to school with some rednecks) personally feel that, that's terrible thinking somthing like that is funny.

#2. the only reason i could understand any of your grammar/typing is because i used to talk like that.

Yeah ... having been stranded in the middle of the lake myself with smoke rolling out of the engine compartment and being ignored by a boat that rolled by an obviously saw us (they waved), I know how those guys on the pontoon must have felt. (No we didn't buy the boat after THAT testdrive Razz)

I guess I'd at least check if they needed help if I saw something like that on my lake. I need all the karma points I can get.

The first post on this topic keeps changing Smile .

Why didn't you just say that in the first place? Before your edits, it sounded like you were trying to say "A bunch of rednecks were sinking on their pontoon and we thought it was hilarious."

I thought it was only you and your dad in the boat the first time you posted this.

I agree with Ruune
