Ok so I started boarding last season but the boards a really old directional board that sux. So now that I have money I'm planning on buying a new board, preferably hyperlite (my local store gets primarily H/L) and I'd really appreciate any help. I havn't started any tricks etc cause the boards so bad but I've been told I'm a natural and I'd really like to get into the sport pretty heavily. So any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance.

Any Hyperlite Wome's board, but the diva is a beginner board, you might want the Syn or Eden _________________

My advice to you: DEMO a few boards and check what you like most...
The guys in the shop will be a great help too (normally) _________________ * riding finless teaches you to get your edge down properly, when you do it with fins, you'll be able to cut like OJ Simpson

Yeah I'd thought that, I just wanted a bit of direction. I was looking at the State but I'm not sure I wanna get too used to an assymetrical board. And the new one looks like dog vomit too IMO so yeah... Thanx but

I just picked up an Era 137 and I like it so far. You can get boards on ebay pretty cheap too so keep that in mind, but you have to know what you want, no chance to demo them.
