| to me that looks good but i wouldn't really know cause i cant do it. Im impressed that you dont get all that much air but could still pull it off for the most part.(dont take this the wrong way) |

What I try to do is pull into my chin and then down to my leading knee as if I was trying to break the handle over it. It seems to work.
Nice extention though! _________________

Harder cut = more line tension = pulled higher in the air = more tension to pull yourself back down with. If you watch all the guys trying raleys they look like they are just jumping sideways with minimal line tension, the good guys who really have their raleys down are LIFTED into the air by the line and have an enourmous amount of line tension throughout the trick, its they key part in being able to pull yourself back down, having the rope there _________________ Litrecola? You have too much weight on your back foot on take off. That is what is turning you from the start. Look at the boat and keep you shoulders square and equal weight on both feet. _________________ Looking for a pull in Reno/Tahoe area |

| Yeah... I'll be the bad guy in this thread and this is just my opinion and you can take it or leave it. From what I see there, you have no business trying a raley yet. Need more speed, line tension, (a better progressive edge) and your weighting on the board is not correct. |

i deffinitly agree with ontrider, ur front leg is straight whereas both legs are suposed to be way bent. u had no speed..you had no height..and u deffinitly didnt have any distance. it was practically W2W. you need to cut out way farther, cut in way harder, keep both legs bent, let the wake kick u out, dont try to force it. If you're cutting hard enough it should throw you (like when u punch the water while moving, your fist kicks back). u need alot better foundation b4 u try a raley. _________________ When it rains, it pours. |
