No, it's most likely a scam. Pretty common.

I smell a scam. Send the seller an email and you will probably get a response something like this: "Me am out of country right now on business. This boat is actually located in Italy. Send me money and I will ship boat to you in 10-15 days. I will pay all shipping costs. Good deal, trust me." Laughing

I demoed an X-80 and would not recomend it for wakeboarding. Its a beast. Good boat for the family to cruise it, but for wakeboarding...I think you will be very dissapointed.

Its throws a wake like a brick wall. I am just a beginer rider, but the other riders that day (one who just one nationals) said it was garbage too! Tons of white water. Just because its a godd deal dosent make it a scam. Some people just have tons of loot and can afford to hook someone up in order to move a boat quickly. The real scams are on ebay, where you can get a 2006 x-star for $5600...who would fall for that crap!?

as the safetytips says:

LEARN TO RECOGNIZE GOOD DEALS FROM BAD:
Use a healthy skepticism and your own good judgment. 1) Be wary if the price is notably below market value
