I am currently using the bottom run Liquid Force poly rope (the thick one). The store up the road is having a big sale and they have the thin Spectra rope on sale. I'm sure it's better, but what exactly are the performance benefits of moving to this rope. I'm pretty much just doing small jumps and slides? Does the thinner rope aid in that? Does it make getting up easier (none of my friends can get up)

Thanks

Steve

The thick one probably doesn't have much stretch either though.
