yeah, so what kinda damage do you think this all caused ? the boat did not show any signs of damage other than the bend shaft casing thingy. the shaft is still straight (no wobble when hand turning it), the rudder is fine, there was a few scuffs and marrs on the hull but no puncture of cracks. didn't sink. i imagine there is gonna be some decent stress cracks in the fiberglass surrounding the casing. how much do ya think this is gonna cost me to get fixed ?

I'll second that. I did similar damage and it required a new shaft, strut, rudder, and prop. I think it was about $3k.

You bent the strut, there's a VERY good chance you bent the shaft. Take the shaft off and roll it on a flat surface and watch the wobble. Take it to a propeller shop and they can straighten it most likely. I had mine straightened and there is no vibration.
