I have been out wakeboarding 6 or 7 times, the board is a 139 and i should be riding about a 130 but I can still do Surface 180s, Butterslides, Edge pretty good, and do 1 wake jumps. I was wondering what i should try next I was thinking about a air 180 after working on getting bigger air and I was wondering what the people on Wakeboarder.com thought, I appreciate any help/advice. Thanks

Question on the ollie 180 - I have yet to try one, but how much air do you need to pull this off?

Ride switch, get more height, and work on edging as well.

for barelfly you dont need much air for an ollie 180 just pop off yor ollie and smoothly move you handle from your leading hip to your trailing hip and you should rotate nicely. dont throw yourself around as you might loose balance, catch and edge, and faceplant. funny when it isn't you.

oh yeah also ride switch like crazy more than 50% of the time when you are starting off the season or once you are confident at riding normal. this will make learning tricks easy, you will progress fast and set you up as a really versitile rider. i know guys who can stick tantrums well but cant go switch so they dont try anything and dont progress at all. so once you can 180 and invert throwing the two together is easy as cos you are just as good on your switch.
