How much does it cost to buy enough aluminom to make a 7 foot tower? Just wondering

This entierly depends on the design and style of the tower and the price of aluminum per foot you are quoted.

I'd say that you might be looking at around 30 feet of aluminum tubing. At $3.00 per foot, that's $90.00 plus tax (All Canadian pricing of course). Don't forget that it's not just tubing, but hardware, machining, bending, welding, and polishing too.
It's a good amount of work, but it's rewarding.
