I bought a used Supra 22ssv and I am trying to figure out the double up seating. Anyone have pictures of what this looks like. Basically it allows you to re-arrange the seating so there are more rear facing seats, right?

Remove the side cushion and unlatch the hinge from the carpeted panel. Fold the carpet panel back against the rear seat and use the black plastic knobs to screw the carpet panel into the rear seat.

Next, move the rear seat toward the front of the boat until the sliding posts can slide into the circular metal housings on each side of the boat. Next take the two metal backreat posts (about 2 ft long) and slide them into the brackets that are mounted on the carpet panel that you screwed into the rear seat. Finally, take the side cushion that you first removed in step 1, and slide it over the backrest posts.

There you go!

Ok, I get it now. Thanks for the pictures and explanation guys. I am missing the black knobs but I am sure the dealer has them.

Another question though...Is it really all that practical? It seems like you are losing a lot of seating area just to have more rear facing seats.

mikel, depends if you have only 3 peeps in the boat! My friend had that boat and I loved it, plus it makes an awesome area for a big arse fat sack!

its very practical most would rather sit in the double up seat then to crane there neck to see the rider while cruising around you have it normal and while pulling in the double up form

I've never used it in mine, mainly because I usually only ride with 1-2 people. Next time I have a boat full I may have to give it a shot.

Never used ours either. Kind of a PITA to set up. Much easier to just sit up by the driver where 2 people can sit comfortably and face backwards or ust turn your head a little.
