Man carjacks SUV - using scissors as weapon?!

Read this in the newspaper this morning on my way into work - it sucks for those who were assaulted, but other than that, it kinda made me laugh.

The first article doesn't mention it (the papers & news reports have though), but the man used a pair of scissors to threaten the woman in his initial carjacking of the SUV...

lol... idn about you, but i sure as hell wouldn't want to be stabbed w/ scissors. that would be hilarious if he tried it w/ safety scissors though. Laughing

i'd rather get stabbed with a steak knife then a pair of scissors.
but i'd kick someone ass if they came at me with some scissors.
or maybe just spray them with my mace then drive away like a Taco Bell Chalupa

i think the guy just cut her across her hand with his scissors...

and about safety scissors - when my brother was in grade 2 he cut the end of his finger off with a pair! it obviously didn't go through the bone or anything, but he still needed stitches. Confused
