You can find wakeskates and the snap film(getting snap in on tues.) at Tommys Surf Shop in Lantana, it is only like 5 minutes from Lake Osborne. They can hook you up with anything you need and are super cool people to deal with. You will have 100 times more fun wakeskating behind a jetski than wakeboarding. Ollies, shuvits boardslide/shuvit combos, rails. I just ride one of the flat ones with grip tape and it is fine. _________________ bindings suck |

Wakeskating is kind of like skateboarding i guess. I dont skateboard that often, but for me its easier to balance on a wakeskate than a skateboard. Also, you go a little faster on a wakeskate, so you have to get used to that too. _________________ "I knew those girls were pros, but don't tell Turtle, it'll break his heart." - Drama, Entourage |

Hey mikey, if you want a cheap board that will ride like no other, you want a mutiny. I just got one and i think it is the best thing ever since the invention of cheese. They have some pretty inovative/quality stuff.
Check them out at www.mutinywake.com _________________ MUTINY WAKESKATES

Yes, you can grind rails and sliders. I would try a raainbow slider first.
wakeskate_revolution, was the invention of cheese a really good thing? _________________ "I knew those girls were pros, but don't tell Turtle, it'll break his heart." - Drama, Entourage |

Tommys website is www.tommysslalomshop.com. I didn't see directions on there but I'm sure there are. If you get off of 95 at Lantana rd go east to dixie hwy south to the next stop light and go east it is called ocean ave and Tommys will be on you're right just before the intracoastal. You can definitly slide rails, people ollie on the flat bar on the south side of Osborne all the time. The dragon at rixen is perfect for learning, you can ride on it to get used to how pvc slides and then learn how to ollie on it. You have to have a water helmet to hit the rails and stuff at rixen. _________________ bindings suck |
