I don't think the construction is that good - I would use it as a slider board since it will probably break anyway _________________ If you do not like your job, you don't strike....You just go in there everyday and do it really half a$$ed.....Now that's the American way - Homer Simpson. |

If you do a search for "hydroslide" on this forum, you will see everyone's reaction to that brand...garveyj's comments are about the nicest anyone has said about that brand...
Bottom line, if you are thinking about buying one, don't. Get a used board that's a better brand. |

The shape of the current Hydro is probably an old pro shape from several years back...
Can't speak to the construction
If you own it , ride it...learn as much as you can on it...the bindings are probably not so great so expect a fair amount of increase in comfort and fit when you step up
My first Hydro had sandel bindings
If you don't have a board yet, you may want to look at used boards/bindings _________________ just broad reachin' thru life... |

Yep, exactly. My first board was a Hydroslide Black Widow with the velcor style bindings. It was fine for a complete novice to learn how to get up on. But I outgrew it within a month.
I think it is destined to become a kite board someday. _________________ Hilton Head Wake Sports.com
