Ok,
You may build speed on your HS, then flatten off, ollie (the more speed you have the higher you'll go) with your arms close to your hips, then pull on the handle (you may feel that your hips are going toward the handle). If you initiate the rotation with the handle, pulling hard enough, and if the handle is not as far as 20-30cm of your hips during the entire rotation, the trick will be easy to rotate, grab (the handle) and land. |
