My family is thinking about taking a vacation on a Houseboat next summer. We live in michigan so I was thinking about going to tennesse or Kentucky. Where are the best places to go for boarding and best price for the houseboat?

Cumberland, Dale Hollow, Center Hill, and Norris are all great lakes.

Is the water temp still good around mid September in TN? Anything to look out for? What about extra charges that pop up at the end of the trip? How much fuel do thoise things use in 4 days to find the good wakeboarding spots?

dude lake cumberland in kentucky is the smoothest most beautiful lake i have ever been on. and if you like to party they have some awesome party coves.
