Sizing help please

so i think im gonna get a 2005 hyperlite roam but dont know what size to get, the 139 or 144. im 5'9" and 140lbs. i know people say they like the 144 more because it has more flexability but i feel i should get the 139 just because of my weight/height and the 139 is already rated 145lbs and up. can anyone help?

I'm 5'9 and switch between a 134 and a 137 LF

139 is provbably right tahts about my size and i ride a 140
