Three bad experiences, will NEVER think or look at another Wake Design product again. If you're in the market for a rack, DO NOT go with WakeDesigns no matter what the cost is.

It would probably be 100 page novel if I told the whole story.
Basically it came down to this, I asked lovely Stephanie if she had some spare parts for me, her response was I need to check our warehouse and I only go there every couple days. She's like I'll call you back in a couple days to let you know. I never received a call back. So I called her again (she played stupid and acted like she didn't remember me) she blamed it on her having large orders and she just can't remember us pions. I was like whatever so I said what do I need to do to get some spare parts from you, she's like send pictures of what you want or of what you have so I can reference it to the parts you need. I sent her the pictures, a week went by still nothing. I called her up, she's like I never received them. At this point I'm getting a little pissed. So I said you wait on the phone here while I re-send them, I want to make sure you get them. Of course she received them right away and she's like hold on, let me go see if we have those. (Ummm, what was the first thing she said to me in the first conversation about the warehouse) So she's like, let me call you right back and I'll have an answer for you. Literally minutes later she's like, nope we can't get those for you anymore. Three weeks later and I have an answer that took her literally a few minutes to get. I'm sorry but that is HORRIBLE customer service. Not sure if Stephanie is over worked, lazy or just doesn't have any organizational skills! I'm going with option #2 and #3

| Well, that sucks, sorry for your time wasted, I know what it feels like to be fed the same BS over a product a few times over, then eventually gotten a simple answer in about 30 seconds when they actually took the time to check. |

Here's my story -
Got two WD racks wit hmy tower...
One of the inserts protecting the board fell in the river so I bought another rack's worth of inserts - $20 - they were delivered within a week
The rubber the bungees are made from was getting all over our hands (comes off on your hand), WD sent me new bungees for free...303 seems to slow down the black stuff coming off on your hands...
FWIW - customer service seemed fine to me...
Yes my racks are pitting... _________________ just broad reachin' thru life... |
