fin placement

hello all.
im just wondering which side of the fin do i put forward.
and which side do u put backward. If i could get a very clear picture which
way the fins go it would be appreciated.

The more tapered end goes towards the middle of your board and the taller end goes towards the end of your board. Check out the pic of Robert Soven on LF's website for a visual:
