Bindings!!!!!! will these fit?

I just bought some barely used CWB zues bindings! These are a couple years old i think without the flippy down hindge deal! I know your not supposed to but i was goofing around in my house and couldn't get my foot into them! they are size x-large and i wear a 12 in skate shoes! Should I just resize the elastic part with the different screw setting holes!

i know which ones those are. I just took the elastic part off of my bindings completly and it worked fine. however they did hurt my feet after 3 mins of riding even after i broken them in everywhere. not sure How you would make new ones if they were maxed out.
