your feet shoudl be hovering above the board waiting for the roatation so they reslly shouldnt touch the grond ever. try doing kickflips holding to a waist high fence, that will give you a little more hangtime for the full rotation |

when i spin the board with my foot it seems that my foot goes way back and theres not enough time to get it back over the board and before i know it the board is back on the ground and my feet are all over the place _________________ Ride Hard, Ride Fast, Ride Dangerous |

thats a common thing having your front foot pull back after the flick, its just something that gets better with reptition. concentrate on a spot on the board you want to land on (over the bolts) and focus. |

i used to have that problem but then i payed attention to how it is done. you should be flicking your foot out not down. when i used to push down i would land way before my board. i still have not landed one but i'm not really trying anymore. i can land with one foot on but the other usually lands right next to the board.
i'm sure if i tried all day i could probably get it, but i have other things to do now then try to land a kickflip @ age 26 _________________

this happened to me alot. Just jump super super high, like mad high, and suck in your legs as far as they can go, then stay centered and once you see the board come around, your feet will land in the right spot. _________________ 2 Hands Working Do More Than 1000 Hands Praying |
