Worked all week, painted, replaced rotten wood, got it looking good now. 30 yr old cabin at Pickwick Lake, 5 mins from the water!!! Got the cabin and 3 acers. 2 bedroom and one bath with one grand room.

looks like it's in good shape, good score.....
If that was lake front or had lake access around my area you would be payn' about $260,000 for that cabin....

 Thanks, its small ,but it was cheap, and it is 5 mins from the boat ramp. You can hear the boats go by when you sit out on the porch. Its great, it also has 3 acres with HUGE trees......

Very nice!! We just stay at the Best Western which is about 5 minutes from our marina. Oh well... we'll have a lake house some day!
