360 backside or front?

whats easier a backside 360 or frontside 360? and why? im elarning to do the backside 360 off the kickers at a cable park near my house.
just wanted to know if it would be easier to land a frontside

approaching on your heelside or toeside? if im on my heels frontside is easier, toeside=backside

I have the second handle on the rope and im doin a backside 3 heelside.
