so decided to buy the shane board, i mounted my current element bindings on it. ill be looking for a new set soon, possibly the watsons, not sure, i dont like the closed toe shanes. ew no thanks.


i really dislake that jesus looking picture in the middle, maybe ill pry it off and put a set of boobs there

felt i was advanced enough that my search board has past its time. time to step up!

yeah?

i feel pretty comfortable riding like that, how wide should they be?

the board is only a 132 as well, its a lot wider then most boards

I would max it out, you will be more stable IMO

but ride however you like it....

I ride mine all the way out, but do what you're comfortable with.

It's easier if they're centered on the board too, especially if you ride switch & do 180's etc. Looks like they're not even centered in the pic.

Ya man mine are all the way out.. i ride a 137 but that doesn't really matter.. do what works for you.. maybe try it out wide and see what happens.. you may love it you may hate it and go back.... I Just think you might want to change it up.. like atolman said... they don't even look centered... i don't know though man try it and tell us how it goes......

i ride with a little more pressure on my front foot, not sure why just like it

It's going to be weird when you start riding switch though. I would atleast make them both centered or whatever.

That is one of the better looking Shane's I've seen. Like the colors and the frame picture is as good as the Shane's pictures get (if only he wasn't in them, hah).

i tried to ride with a wider stance today, it was god awful, and i dont know why, i was falling, off balance, crappy height, barly clearing the wake.....

felt like my first day of wakeboarding

your stance is your own personal preference most people ride about slightly more than their shoulders

at the very least, you should even out your stance. if you have it in the 3rd hole from the tip, the other should be in the 3rd hole from the tail.
