Hazards at Lake Oroville- - -Any update?

Hi,

6 weeks ago we were at Lake Oroville and had a significant problem with floating driftwood, tree limbs, tree stumps, etc. We were told this stuff goes to the sides and stays on the shore once the water level starts dropping. It was the worst accumulation of floating junk I've ever seen.

As of today, the lake is down 9'.

Has anobody been there in the last couple of weeks who would know whether the debris has cleared-up?

Its almost all better, the only thing is that the larger chunks of wood are waterlogged and kinda linger 3 feet under water. but chances of hitting them are far and few. right now all the little chunks clump together and majority of the lake is wide open.

EDIT: i just got home like a few minutes ago from lime saddle so this is pretty darn accurate.
