When not in use, I keep my boat in my garage. I also keep my board out there. It is not climate controlled so it gets pretty damn hot out there this time of year. Should I be concerned about any negative effects this could have on my board or bindings or is it a non-issue?

As long as it's out of direct sunlight it'll be okay, the only adverse affect of being in the sun is it will fade. So no worries.
