Relay Question

What is one? I probaly seee them all the time but never cared about the names of tricks until a little while ago. I also want to try them but if its just a lay out i find it hard to layout over the water. Any tips to first starting? thanks.

If theres another thread on how to do one plz tell me what to search but my search came up with nothing. thanks.

well if your question is how to spell it, it's spelled raley, and it's a "superman" basically where you throw your legs out behind you (like superman) but don't ever call it a superman, be sure to call it a raley or else you are a tool

ok thanks even if i knew how to spell it i'd still screw it up. i'll try it this weekend on the lake and a bunch during our powell trip.
