| I would either say backflip or back roll, but some inverts are easier for different people. |

| back flip is called a tantrum. I cant do any, need to get one in, but most say backroll was their first invert because the rotation is natural. |

| Sorry, I just use the term backflip because it sticks in my mind as backflip, not tantrum. I would reccomend trying a backroll first just because from what I have seen most of the falls are not too too bad compared to what I have seen from attempted backflips (remember, what I have seen, it may not apply everywhere). However, if you are very good at doing backflips, you might want to give a tantrum a shot. |

backroll falls are badder than you think though. last year, i was doing switch tantrums with no problem and i tried a backroll and got a bloody nose out of both nostrils
i don't want to get you psyked out or anything, it's just an opinion that tantrums are easier and more forgiving to do. the falls aren't bad at all, sometimes just an under-rotation that makes you faceplant a little. it's a straight backflip though, so it's easy and the hardest part is the landing. |

i heard that the hardest part of a tantrum is the approach, cuz it takes so much TLC. but wake2face sprained his ankle off a tantrum. but u could be right... u can flip, I can't. |

I think before you work on your flips, you might work on your spelling.

Ummm.....i would say a backroll should be your first flip.....but if u are good at doing back flips then maybe you want to try a tantrum....i hear alot of backroll mis-haps result in popped ear drums.....no pressure... just do your best and keep practicing... if other people can do it then so can u..... i personally am trying to do a backroll
Good luck
