Well my dad is purchasing a 2002 stingray 190ls from a friend in less than a month with the 4.3 v6 @ 190 horsepower. Hes getting a monster tower for it since its like the only tower we fouund to fit the boat. We know we should get a couple of fat sacs to make the wake a lil bigger. Anything else? Will this be a fun boat to ride on. I know it wont be nothing like a malibu or mastercraft but for a beginner like my sister and I, what do you guys think???

Now for the board. I just got a pretty sweet package for 300 bucks. its the 2006 liquid force stance 134 with the fusion bindings. I THINK i should of got the 138 or 139 which ever one it was, after reading quite a bit. BUT they still havnt shipped it so its not too late to say i want the larger package. im 6'1 and weigh 145. yeah im a skinny dude. what do you guys think.....

think ill have a fun second half of the summer? or will it be one of those times where u got way too stoked for nothing.....

manny34711, Don't forget all the safety stuff... Oars, fenders, rope, fire extinguisher and whatnot. Your boat should be fine... i/o's throw some pretty decent wakes but don't hold a very consistant speed unless you maybe go for a 4 or 5 blade stainless prop.

As for the board, a 138/139 would do the trick and I wouldn't go for anything larger for your weight area.

It'll be a damn fun summer for you. You'll have a good month or two of riding and then when winter comes you'll be completely stoked for next season.
