It was an amazing trip!! We rented our houseboat from Antelope point and were very happy. Much better boat and service compared to Wahweap. The weather was good the whole time minus a little wind during the day. The first night our spot was ok, but our second spot was perfect!!! Here are some pics!!

That's just plain beautiful. Those are some great pics. Thanks for making my day.
I have got to get out there and do that. Can you put a jeep on the houseboat?
There are some great trails around there.
And I love your Supra. That's my new desktop. Good call on the Blue.

You guys just need to road trip and get to Powell!
In fact, you should get some of the regulars and do a WBer Powell "gathering" or go grand style and do a combined WW vs. WB MONSTER FEST.... Riding comps, games, festivities, wet t-shirt contests.... Rent out the big boats, maybe 2-4 a side and do it big.
Anyway, when the particulars are worked out.....count my boat in.

Those pictures are killing me. We were in the same area (that cave is in Rock Creek Bay) last year on a 70' Antelope boat.
We found a great anchorage about five minutes from the cave, in Dry Rock Creek all the way at the end on the North side. The walls were high enough that the houseboat was only in the sun from around 9-6, which helped with the heat inside the boat.
It looks like Cathedral Canyon was even better in the late afternoon/evening. We were there during the middle of the day.
We're settling fro Shasta this year but heading back to Powell next year. Thanks for the pictures.

raptorschild He probably caught 20-25 stripers and 10-15 catfish. He was fishing alot!!! We ate two striper and they were GOOD!!!!
DunDunDun It looked twice as high when you were up there!!! It hurt my feet when I hit the water.
haugy Thanks for the compliments on the photos and my boat!!!
E.J. She wanted to learn!!! ha ha and I love your idea about huge Powell trip. Count me in !!!
watsocNice pics!! when were you guys there? Hit me up !!! lets ride. been going late weekdays and EARLY weekends
justsomeguy Good eye!! On my 5th pic just around the corner is that cave, it was very cool. Rock Creek Bay was a great place to board.
In the second pic we were in Mountain Sheep Canyon not Cathedral Canyon. They look very similar and are only one cove apart. Nice pics!!
