im not sure, my guess is its not but im not sure. Bullet ski lines has some excellent deals on ebay and they are spectra ropes. I would not buy that rope because although it may have be a good deal, there isn't any clear information that it is a spectra rope.

NO its not spectra. Its low streatch (prolly not even that but that is what they advertize it as)
