Are there any tricks to make timing double-ups easier? Or make it so you hit it every time?

Thanks-

Keep your eye on the roller that you want to hit, and just practice hitting it.. it will come to you

Yep look for the roller you want to hit and follow it in. Don't edge too hard, it doesnt take much at all, just keep the line tight all the way through the wake and keep enough speed so you don't case the other wake.

Try to take a similar approach on every attempt- it will help you get more consistent with the timing. Just cut 15 ft out, wait until you see the roller, then follow it in while keeping the line tight.

If you time it right, you should pump in and out of the biggest trough. I think the hardest thing isn't the timing, its committing to your edge and pumping through the big a$$ trough.

the easiest way is to cut out and keep an eye on the boat. once the boat goes over the roller you want to hit, start cutting in. don't rail in to the wake or you'll miss it early. just be patient.

Work on hitting the first roller until you you can consistently hit it every time. Once you get the hang of it, hitting the second or third roller is exactly the same and you won't look like a kook edging into the double up and faceplanting before you hit it. I like hitting the second roller the most, the third i find it is easier to case and hurt your knees. The first roller will sendyou more out into the flats
