That's not bad form and you look pretty solid on the landing.
If you pause the video as you are reaching the bottom of the wake, you will see you are starting to straighten your legs which is good. However, as a result of this you are flattening the board off. The board is almost flat on the water at the bottom of the wake. You really need to concentrate on keeping the board on edge. Straighten your legs as you are doing but make sure you are still leaning back against the boat, this will ensure the board stays on edge and will keep the line loaded to get you stacks of pop.
Next, like I said you start straightening your legs at the bottom of the wake which is good but then as you near the top of the wake you stop extending your legs. This is very common and tends to happen subconsiously without you realising. Make sure you continue to extend your legs right the way to the top of the wake so that they are as good as straight at the top of the wake (you should still be leaning back a bit with your legs straight so that your board is still on it's edge).
Pause the video at the top of the wake and view the couple of frames either side. You will see that you start bringing your knees up almost before you have left the wake. This will definately lose you a lot of pop as it will absorb the kick. There is actually no need to bring your knees up at all.
In summary, try to lean back as you straighten your legs and make sure you continue to straighten your legs right the way to the top of the wake where they should be as near as damn it to totally straight, then leave them straight and do not bring your knees up. Try this approach a few times and I think you will start to get stacks of height. As I said, your form is good and you look well under control so you're half way there.
(You can start bring your knees up for grabs etc. once you have the jump dialled but try the suggestion above a few times and see what happens)
Good Luck and let us know how it goes.

wakeboard5144, WTF buddy.
Tension=More pop... Your form looks awesome but it appears you are kind of flattening off which is screwing up your pop off the wake. You might want to look into weighting the boat too bcz your wake looks pretty flat Keep up the good work though

ripava,
he knows you got a sick boat cause you wont get that wake off a 88 bayliner
Other than that yeah listen to the post above because those are the only 2 things i could see you do wrong.
When you flatten your board like you do, you take all the tension that you've built up and you give it back to the boat. No Good!
When you bend your knees at the top of the wake you absorb any and all pop. No good! correct those 2 things and you'll be flyin over that huge wake.

Your edge into the wake should be 0 to 100... zero percent edge at the beginning of your cut up to 100 percent at the wake. If you feel you need to flatten up and slow down as you get close to the wake, you are digging too hard to early, and need to adjust your cut.
You have more than enough speed to clear the wake and even land in the flats on the video if your edge and stand up were correct.
Try not to think of it as a "jump". To learn the basics, try this... Start to cut in slowly, and steadily increase your speed as you come in. look across the wake at the far shore instead of looking right at the wake. As yo feel yourself going up the wake, stand tall, as if you are standing up out of a squating position. the goal is to be at full height and on an edge when you leave the top of the wake, not to "jump" as you go up it. If you do that correctly, you will shoot straight up into the air with little effort.

Rocket, WOW you really couldnt have said that ANY better, even your writing is English Perfect haha
wakeboard5144, Dude chill out, who do you think you are to slam this guy, must be a key board ninja! Lighten Up!!
ripava82, I use to have the same problem, just take what Rocket said and take it step by step, Cut out, flatten out, start your cut back to the wake SLOWLY, Then progress your cut more and more as you come to the wake, by the time you reach mid-wake be FULL cut and as you come off the top strighten up and bring the rope to your waist!! Step by step it will work!!

exactly what these guys have been saying,
i did the exact same thing as you, then i started reading on here, once i started cutting harder within a week i went from like 4' of air to like 5-6'!
heres a pic to visualise just how flat you really are at the peak of the wake
in the pic you can see the rope is way out from your waist and your board is almost completly flat

| How about just go and practice? Theres all this advice on how to hit the wake but the truth is your wake jumps aren't going to improve from advice on this thread, but from experience. Your stance and your cut is good.. it seems like you have good balance and control on the board, so just keep going at it and it'll come in time.

Just trying to help you visualize. I can't even get as much air as you already have. However, this pic below is right before you hit the wake. Check out how much you already flattened out. You are cutting real hard at first, and then you stop your cut. From what I've seen others say, you should edge more progressively.
