The toes should be slightly turned out or "ducked". _________________

| Kind of like this is how I have mine. ( \ / ) I have heard people say to jump straight up and how your feet land is the way they should be. Some people also think its better to start with your back foot straight and the front foot angled. ( I / ) Somthing like that. |

It's really whatever your comfortable with. If a few different people ride your board, then leave it pretty much neutral, or slightly duck footed, as thats how most people ride. But if you're the only one riding it, mess around and see what feels comfortable for you. Personally my board is pretty duck footed, but only because I don't feel like changing it back to neutral (the way I like it) every time someone else uses it. _________________ "It's always advisable to remain silent and appear stupid, than to speak and remove all doubt..." |

i don't recommend doing that. when you start riding switch, it will make it even harder to learn. just turn them outwards a little. set each binding up the same way. |

Riding switch is the reason I like mine completely neutral, it doesn't make for any awkward leg positions. I mean, just angle your back foot on land and try to put your weight on it...then switch the weight to the other foot...try a few different angles, both in and out... when you're comfortable, set your bindings like that. _________________ "It's always advisable to remain silent and appear stupid, than to speak and remove all doubt..." |
