| Is it possible to wakeboard without a wakeboard tower or sky pylon. Will one of those dorky looking clip behind tow ropes that one uses for tubing be acceptable for a beginner? |

I dont use a tower and I can get up fine, I cant jump the wake or anything yet so I dont know if you will be able to jump and such but im sure you could to some extent. As far as getting up and learning the basics I think a pylon or tower isnt a must have, you will be fine.
EDIT: I worded it weird, ment i dont use a tower:P

I learned to wakeboard behind a boat with a tow bridle and it wasnt bad at all. I ve seen guys jump with it also, but it will be easier with a pylon or tower. _________________ Lets Ride!

| Yes, you can wakeboard and do some tricks but good luck on inverts because you most likely won't get enough height to land them. Keep in mind, I've never tried an invert. I've grown up riding behind the family boat that has no pylon or tower and it's a matter of weighing down the boat to get the right size of wake so you can get the best pop off of it. |

Yes! It's not only possible but works just fine! Some claim that its easier to get upp the first times, more hang time... But, the thing to getting height is technique -edging. It's been said many times, just thought I'd repeat.

i actually have a bridale on my boat but i do find it is easier if i hook it onto my cleats on the back of my boat. all boats are different but i do find it keeps the rope off of the water more than if u were using the "D" rings on the transome _________________ it's like a sore d*$@k ya just can't beat it! |
