imagine trying to draw a rainbow with the tip of your board. when the board is parallel with the water (tramp) you should be passing the handle.

The way I started was by doing 360s and bringing my legs up to my waist. Even if you start off with your upper body straight. Then just work on leaning your shoulders over farther and father. If you can do an areal (cartwheel with no hands) that will also help work into it.

The key with OA spins is keeping the handle down low. When you go OA your handle pass hand should be facing straight down so that you can bring yourself back on axis.

jpminter, I've read that on pretty much every trick tutorial on the internet and I went out and tried it today. It doesn't helps in executing it, but I can't figure out how to get around to land it Confused Is it easier to throw this FS or BS?
