Since when did you have to have a huge wake to make it fun to ride?
These things have been around for a few years now, I don't think it would be legal at any lake around here.....3 are required for towing any rider. |

| yeah i was looking at it and i think it would be awesome for practicing sliders and surface and air tricks...but i think if something went wrong...as in you get tangled in the rope...you are dead...whereas if you had a real driver you would most likely survive...and you would probably only want to use when there arent other boats out because it would be hard to be focusing on wakeboarding and driving at the same time |

| no wake = no big tricks... plus that probably wouldnt even pull you high enough to do a wake jump... towers or pylons are pretty much necessary |

not really. all i really meant was theres virtually no wake.
so your limited to surface tricks, and like mentioned, sliders.
yeah im sure it could be fun, but i think id rather stick to a boat. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/muxpux

| yeah these things have been talked about many times on here. It would be fun for about 5 minutes and then you would realize you are wakeboarding ALONE! 90% of the fun for me comes from being out on the water with friends, so this thing would be pretty useless. |

okay, my thought on the idea is this: when we are wakeboarding the boat feels to pull to the side when you cut back hard. but i guess that problem would be solved by only doing surface tricks or sliders. cool idea though.
and project leticia is awesome looking! |

If I won the lottery... That would be primo in my cove when I dont have anyone else to pull me...
Like many have said before, Ive had that idea too. I saw it in a popular mechanics mag and almost shat myself because I was so pissed that I didnt get it first!!! _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

| i think that it would be heaps fun to have but i have to agree with some other people that said most of the fun comes from the other people on the boat. I reckon i would also end up crashing as i cant concerntrate on ridding and driving all the time. Are you able to stand on the back of it? Is it legal to use |

Seams a heck of a lot better than winch boarding.
What someone really needs to do is a conversion kit for the jet skis that are sitting around. Seams like it could just be a new handle bar dropped in with electronic controls. Perhaps a big chunk of weight for tracking and stability. Lots of $2K jetskis to be had... plus a $1K converision kit. I'd do it. Come on SOLO... pimp my jetski. |

Its great until you start passing the handle on surface 3s and spinning on sliders. Then you start accidently hitting buttons during the pass and the boat goes out of control. _________________ Bondo saved my wakeboard's life!
