Whats up guys,

Im moving to Charlotte next month and was wondering what the wakeboard scene up there is like. Maybe a little info on which lake is the best ( I heard there were two in the area), how close the lakes are etc...

Hey man, definetly check out www.endofropegang.com Thats the local NC/VA website. The two main lakes around there are Norman and Wylie. Norman is big, rich, and crowded sometimes but since its big I would imagine there is good water somewhere. Wylie is smaller and not as upscale. I think both of those are less than an hour from Charlotte. There are a few more in a chain to the northeast....Badin, High Rock, Tuckertown, etc. Those are probably in the 2-4 hour range but I hear great things about them. (24/7 glass b/c theyre out in the boonies)
