I have a Hyperlite Indy Vest, but it's an XL, and it fits me fine when dry but I find that when I'm in the water it loosens up, so I was going to look at the Jet Pilot "Baller" Vest, it's a side entry, and not USGA approved, but looks lie a pretty decent vest, what do you guys think?

Side entree vests are extreamly comfy, personal opinion. My first vest was a "stance - NCGA" vest from Jet Pilot. However it being a comp vest.. it came with the comp vest characteristics... It barley floated me. The baller vest i hear has alot more float to it, obviusoly because its not paper thin. I do like the ideas of the side entrey. It never was a bad thing for me when getting in my vest. Had no problems.. |

I have a stance. I like the side entry, but it's not that big of a deal. More of a maketing gimmick than anything I think. _________________ http://kmags.mybrute.com/

I've a Jet Pilot A10, and it's great, very comfy, very light and floats me fine
But you might want to go for a larger size than you normally would, I'm 5 9" and I wear a large. |

| Side entry is a total gimmick. You could easily put the zipper on the front and still have the exact same vest dimensions and flex. However, it does look sweet. |

| i used one for sailing, i loved them, they seem alot easier to put on in the water too, regular life jackets are a bitch to put on in the water |
