This wakeboard ok for me?

I tried wakeboarding today and I was able to get up once and almost a second time, so my parents gave me the ok to buy my wakeboard. I weight around 100 pounds, but will still gain wait. I am around 5'5". I was thinking of getting a 2006 Liquid Force Stance 138. Would this board be ok or should I got with a 134? Today I got up on a 141 but I would like a little smaller.

That seems to be a good package, however, I might reccomend getting a 134 for your size. If you give us your age that might help, because either you will be growing next season, or two seasons from now, which is important to determine whether or not you should get the 138 or not. I also reccomend loking around in the classified forum of this site, you might be able to find a good beginner board/package for a much cheaper price. However, I am assuming that you will be growing the season after this one so I would reccomend that you get a 138. However, if you can shell out the money for a new board once you grow, I would get the 134. The 138 will be quite large for you at the beginning, however you should grow into it fine. I didn't really decide anything for you or really help you out there, so I am sorry about that, but just give us a bit more info and we can help you out a bit more.

Well, im 14 right now, and also some of my family will be riding it some. So Im leaning tword the bigger size, but not as big as I rode today(141).

Yeah, you will grow alot sooner, so I would reccomend the 138. My guess is that by next season you will be around 5'10", and hopefully be about 130-155 lbs. Then it will start to be the correct size for you. It might just be kind of hard to do big spins this year (although I doubt you might be doing big spins anyways since this is your first year, but you never know), since the board would be big for you. But anyways, enough for my back and forth posts, you should be fine with the 138. Good luck with your purchase, and good luck with boarding.

Im 14 turning 15 in august. I went ahead and ordered the 138 because I figure ill be growing soon.
