Hey! Ok I just want some tips on doing an ollie over the wake...I'm not ready for jumping wake to wake yet but I guess a little jump over the wake would be a good place to start! Anyway, I tried it last weekend and got some pretty good air but had a hard time landing it. The ollies I did land were pretty small and thats no fun Sad Help please! Thanks!

Come in with a good edge, and keep your knees bent. When going over the wake straighten up. Keep your weight balanced and bend your knees for the landing. Once you can do a Wake to Wake, landing is a LOT easier.

you're not going to really be ollieing over the wake, you're just letting your speed do that for you, worst thing you can do is try to jump over the wake, just edge hard at it, as your coming up the wake straighten your legs then in the air scoop them up, on the landing straighten out your legs a bit but keep your legs bent so you can absorb the landing

i've only been ridin a month now and each session gets better....more ride less fall. i can get air, not a lot mind you, and land fine. i was wondering if there was a certain angle you should approach the wake? or does it make any difference?

Buy an instructional video. It will help you so much because it will help you visualize what to do. With that said ollies are usually difficult for newbs. You should probably just start jumping the wake and quit being a wimp Mr. Green

Try jumping from inside the wake out.
