binding?

ive been riding for 2-3 seasons now. I have had the HL split bindings and i like them, however im really small boned im 5'10'' and i weigh 140 so the bindings are always loose on my foot not my ankle. The lace is starting to tear on one binding so im looking for a new pair. I ride the 06 138 watson, i was wondering whats the diffrence in bindings and what would be a good one but not a pair thats really expensive 200-300 range. my foot is a size 10 but idk that really matters hu? lol
