Hey over the winter I picked up my first board and im wondering if theres something i should/could do to break in the bindings a little before i go out there and give this a shot. lemme know!

makes sense but where do i put the bottles if its the ankle area i got a problem with its the vein it pinches and then starts to hurt like hell. like 03 Zues bindings.
