Last night we took a set on the Fox River. I got a pretty good sequence of Mark doing an off axis "Mute" (Thanks for the correction) 180.

Darin, You have to have a program that lets you crop images. First you take the first pic when he's right about to hit the wake and set that as your background. Then with the program you crop, or outline the rider and save it as a separate picture. Then you have to be able to open the croppings and put them in the foreground of the main picture. This picture was done really well because you can see the water trails and everything. There are also other ways of doing it, like pasting a bunch of strips together and what not. It takes some time to get em lookin real nice and clean like this one.
