Here are a few pics of my first boat. It's a 2001 Bayliner 185. I plan on adding ballast and a tower to it, but it's pretty already.
Once I get my fat sacks and tower, I'll post some pics of a slightly more respectable wake. _________________ People should not be afraid of their governments.

Yeah, the budget was ~10k. Didn't have the 20 or 30k for a true wakeboard boat. With the ballast and tower, it should definitely serve my purposes. _________________ People should not be afraid of their governments.

Great looking boat! It's good to see a thread about an i/o without anyone picking on it _________________

Nice boat, really clean. My buddy has one like that with the tower and it does the job fine! I think you'll really be happy with it. _________________ Lets Ride!

I have a 02 Capri 195 LX with a monster tower and 4 blade prop. It does the job just fine for me,. especially fore the price.
Nice boat and congrats! That Liner will serve you well if you take care of it.
Ballast is next for me, I am building it in custom, no big plastic bags in teh walkways
the wake is not bad at all with 4-5 of my friends in the boat it gets even better.
Run what ya brung! |

It's just a hydrofoil. The previous owner had it put on to help with hole shot and planing speed. It planes in no time. Even with only a 135hp engine, it can handle 7 people (1100 pounds), easily. That gives me high hopes for adding a good bit of ballast and still having a full boat. _________________ People should not be afraid of their governments.

Does the hydrofoil help get a bigger "wake" at all? _________________ Lets Ride!
