assist pumps for san 00

just got my new to me boat on the water. my out going pump is not working , it keeps blowing the circuit. has any one else had this problem or at least know the location of the pumps.

One pump in may 02 SAN wasnt working either. The middle ballast was not filling. Im not sure what the 00 ballasts were like, but my pumps are easily vissible just by opening the hatches. I recommend just taking it in, thats what I did, and they fixed it for free since it was brand new.
