grooty1523, If you're refering to a Backroll and are finding that you're doing a roll to revert this may be because you are lettingf go with one of your hands. Keep both hands on the handle and keep the handle in close to you, this should ensure that you do not land switch.
If you'r refering to a tantrum it could be for the opposite reason that you are holding on with both hands. Let go with your back hand as you flatten off at the top of the wake. This will help you to go straight up and over and shoudl keep you from switching.
If you are trying Tantrums or Backrolls I imagine you are aware of the difference but just incase and so you don't get slated if you ask: A tantrum is a regular back flip as if you were doing one on the ground. A Backroll is more like a loop the loop or some people say it is like a reverse cartwheel (don't know which of these is clearer) You can watch a video of both on the trick section of the homepage of this website.
Good luck dude. |

| Letting go of your BACK hand won't make you turn switch on any trick. |
